Altaf Q. H. Badar is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Warangal, India. He obtained his B.E. (Electrical) and M.Tech. (IPS) degrees from RTMNU, Nagpur, and his Ph.D. from the Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur. His major research interests include energy trading, AI/ML applications in power systems, energy management, techno‑economic analysis, hybrid renewable energy sources, and evolutionary optimization algorithms. He has published more than 50 papers in respected international journals and conferences. Dr. Badar has also completed a Diploma in Business Management. He is a Senior Member of IEEE.

Farhad Ilahi Bakhsh received his B.Tech. degree in Electrical Engineering and M.Tech. degree in Power Systems & Drives from Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), Aligarh, India, in 2010 and 2012, respectively. He completed his Ph.D. at the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee in 2017, during which he developed a new grid integration method for wind energy generation systems that has been recognized internationally. He is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the National Institute of Technology Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, India. He is the founder and Counselor of the IEEE Student Branch at NIT Srinagar. He has published over 100 papers in international journals and conferences. Additionally, he has authored several books along with more than 20 book chapters.

Mahmoud Elsisi received his B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees from the Electrical Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering at Shoubra, Benha University, Cairo, Egypt, in 2011, 2014, and 2017, respectively. He served as an Assistant Professor in the same department before joining the Industry 4.0 Implementation Center at the Center for Cyber‑Physical System Innovation, National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, Taipei, Taiwan, where he worked from August 2019 to July 2022. He is currently an Associate Professor in the Electrical Engineering Department at the National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. His research interests span machine learning, deep learning, the Internet of Things (IoT), cybersecurity, model predictive control, neural networks, fuzzy logic, Kalman filtering, observers, decentralized control of large‑scale systems, robotic control, autonomous vehicle control, renewable energy, power system dynamics, nuclear power plant control, wind energy conversion systems, fault diagnosis, power transformers, and maritime microgrids.
