This book examines the intersection of three major topics in modern finance within emerging financial systems: how new technologies and financial tools such as FinTech, digital platforms, blockchain, AI, are changing financial systems; how financial systems can support environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals and long-term economic resilience; and the rules, policies, and institutional frameworks that shape how innovations and sustainability practices are regulated, organized, and managed. Together, the book combines theory, empirical evidence, and real-world applications to show how financial systems in developing or emerging markets are evolving in response to these trends.
The book provides readers with a structured, deep understanding of how modern financial systems in emerging economies evolve and how innovation, sustainability, and governance must be integrated to build stable, ethical, and future-ready financial systems.
