The book explores the many “grey zones” in glaucoma care, where diagnosis is uncertain, treatment thresholds are debated, and management decisions are rarely black and white. It addresses common controversies in glaucoma diagnosis and management through a practical, evidence-based approach, helping clinicians navigate real-world scenarios with greater confidence. From suspect discs and borderline intraocular pressures to evolving treatment paradigms and surgical dilemmas, each chapter focuses on everyday clinical challenges faced in practice.
Designed for general ophthalmologists, optometrists, fellows, and general practitioners, this resource bridges the gap between guidelines and real-life decision-making, offering clear insights that are clinically relevant, accessible, and immediately applicable.
Whether you are refining your glaucoma practice or seeking clarity in complex cases, the book provides pragmatic guidance for managing patients when the answers are not always straightforward.
