Maher S. Amer, PhD, is a professor in the Department of Mechanical and Materials Engineering at Wright State University, in Dayton, Ohio. He is a USA academic who is recognized with the US Core Scholar status. He is also recognized in England as a former visiting Fellow at University of Cambridge; in Germany as a Humboldtian Scholar at Max-Planck Society, and in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as a visiting Professor at KAUST. He has over 20 years academic experience in carbon materials and more than a decade in nanotechnology and fullerene behavior.
