Rafael Shoenmann de Moura is adjunct professor at the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ). Holds a PhD and MA in Political Science by the same institution. His work focuses on the political economies and industrial policies in East Asia. Former winner of the ICAS-SEPHIS Prize 2021-2023 for "Promotion of Asian Studies".
