Prof. Dr. Kirtikumar R. Randive is presently working as Professor and Head of the Department of Geology, RTM Nagpur University, Nagpur, India. He is Associate Editor of the Journal Mineralogy and Petrology, Vienna (Springer) and Open Geoscience, Warsaw, Poland (De Gruyter’s). He is also Dy. Editor-in-Chief of the Nagpur University Science Journal, Nagpur, India. He published extensively in the reputed journals worldwide, including monographs in Research Publishing Services, Singapore and Nova Publishers, New York. He jointly edited three books for Springer-Nature, Cham, Switzerland; two special issues of Open Geoscience dedicated to P. Comin Chiaramonti (Italy) and Lia N. Kogarko (Russia) and one for Mineralogy & Petrology dedicated to L. G. Gwalani (India). Dr. Randive was the member of 31st Indian Expedition to Antarctica (2011-2012) and Visiting Fellow to the University of Portsmouth, UK (2018). He received several awards and recognitions from different organizations including Best Teacher (Researcher)Award of the RTM Nagpur University in 2017.

Dr. Shubhangi Pingle[Scientist E, ICMR-ROHC(S)] is working in the field of occupational disease biomarkers from past eighteen years. She acquired research experience in proteomics, immunology and cell culture biology, histopathology particularly in the area of occupational diseases. She has 107 publications in her credit. She worked on silicosis, Noise Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), Coal Workers p-Pneumoconiosis (CWP), Heavy metals which are very closely associated lung diseases. She received Travel award from Department of Biotechnology and European Science Foundation to attend international deliberations. She established multidisciplinary research in biology and expanded into newer areas of R&D. She has three Indian Patent granted and 8 submitted. She is a member of scientific committees with many awards in her credit. She is a reviewer of the Journal BMC Complementary and alternative medicine and an editorial member of the journal European Journal of Clinical and Biomedical Sciences. She has completed projects cost around Rs 9.89 Cr. There are many areas which were first time implemented in the diagnostic field of research by her differing approach. She has expertise in preventive measures of occupational health diseases used for beneficiation of industry workers.

Dr. Sanjeevani Jawadand is an Assistant Professor and Head at Shri Mathuradas Mohota College of Science, Nagpur. Earlier, she carried out her postgraduation with distinction and, subsequently, doctoral research from RTM Nagpur University. She has published more than 15 research papers including a monograph on Mineral Economics during her doctoral research. 

Pratik Godbole is a research scholar in the Post Graduate Department of Geology, RTM Nagpur University. He completed his M.Sc. Tech in Applied Geology in 2022 from RTM Nagpur University with distinction and second order of merit. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. under the guidance of Prof. K.R. Randive. He previously worked as Assistant Professor (AD-HOC) and now working as Contributory Lecturer in the same department. So far, he published 19 research papers and book chapters and presented his research work in conferences and Seminars. He is an active member of the Maharashtra Youth for Climate Action and actively participated in my activities including publishing his ideas on Climate Action, Environmental Sustainability and Medical Geology.
