Jan Herman Brinks is a specialist in modern German history and has held an Honorary Research Fellowship at Birkbeck College, London. Stella Rock is a Senior Research Fellow at Keston Center for Religion, Politics and Society at Baylor University in Texas. Edward Timms is Research Professor in History at the Centre for German-Jewish Studies, University of Sussex. He is also author of Taking up the Torch: English Institutions, German Dialectics and Multicultural Commitments (2011).
