VINAY GIDWANEY is Chief Product Officer at OneDigital and the architect of the firm’s AI strategy and its Workforce Intelligence framework. He previously co-founded Maxwell Health, a benefits technology company acquired by Sun Life Financial, and during the pandemic led technology for one of the country’s largest COVID-19 vaccination campaigns, which administered 1.2 million doses.
