Toni Janevski, PhD, is a Full Professor in Telecommunications at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies, Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, Macedonia. He established and led the ITU Centre of Excellence at FEEIT from 2009 to 2022, and has been a member of ITU group on capacity building initiatives from 2019 to 2026, demonstrating sustained leadership in international telecommunications standards and education. He has published multiple books, numerous research papers, and has tutored and coordinated many ITU international courses through the ITU Academy. His expertise spans Internet technologies, mobile and wireless networks, QoS/QoE and network design, AI applications, and future networks and services.
