Dr. Lyle Hamm is is an Associate Professor for Educational Administration and Leadership in the Faculty of Education at the University of New Brunswick in Fredericton, a position he has held for 11 years. Prior to joining UNB, Lyle served as a K-12 educator for 22 years in southern Alberta, Canada.
