This book presents one of the two collections of papers from the 12th International Conference on Tourism and Hospitality (ICT 2023), hosted by Jinan University, China, from November 3 to 5, 2023. Ji Wen is the executive dean of Shenzhen Tourism College at Jinan University and also served as the executive chair of the 2023 International Conference on Tourism between China and Spain. She has led major projects funded by the National Social Science Fund, as well as provincial projects, and overseen numerous industry projects for the China National Tourism Administration and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Her research interests include hospitality organizational management and tourism management. She has authored or co-authored over fifty high-qualified papers in authoritative academic journals (e.g., Journal of Travel Research, International Journal of Hospitality Management, Tourism Tribune, Annals of Tourism Research, Nankai Business Review) and also serves as a reviewer for many SSCI and CSSCI journals.
 
Yuhua Luo is the founding chair of the International Conference on Tourism between China and Spain (www.china-spain.org). She has worked as a full professor at the University of Balearic Islands, Spain, for over twenty years. She has been the main proposer, project leader, and proposal evaluator of many European and Spanish national R & D projects. She has cooperated with many well-known industrial companies and universities in Europe and China. In addition to publishing numerous research papers, she has published twenty volumes of Lecture Notes of Computer Science (LNCS) by Springer as a sole editor and the chief editor of a couple other books. She is also a guest editor for the journal of Tourism Economics in UK.
 
Pu Zhou is an executive member of the Guangdong Provincial Golf Association Referees Committee. He has worked as a lecturer at the Jinan University for six years. He has cooperated with many well-known tourism enterprises and universities in China, in research paper publication, reports, etc.
 
Wenmin Jin is an associate professor at Shenzhen Tourism College of Jinan University in China. She received her Ph.D. in tourism management from Sun Yat-sen University. She has focused her research on the area of event management and tourism mobility. She has obtained the honor of High-level Professional in Shenzhen. She has published nearly 20 journal articles and hosted 6 research programs.
 
Ting Jiang holds a position as a lecturer at Shenzhen Tourism College, Jinan University, China, and received her Ph.D. in tourism management from Sun Yat-sen University, China. Her research mainly focuses on destination management, heritage tourism, and tourism experience. She has published several journal papers on these topics and engaged in relevant practical projects.
 
Yao Sun has worked as a full-time associate professor in the Department of Tourism Management in Jinan University, China, since 2021. She has simultaneously obtained a Ph.D. from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a Ph.D. in Urban and Rural Planning from Harbin Institute of Technology. She has published over 30 academic papers in domestic and international journals and authored three academic monographs.
