Desheng Wu is a Distinguished Professor with the Economics and Management School, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China, and a Academic VP at Shandong University of Finance and Economics . He has published over 150 ISI-indexed papers in refereed journals, such as Production and Operations Management, Decision Sciences, Risk Analysis, and the IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics, and seven books at Springer. His current research interests include mathematical modeling of systems containing uncertain and risky situations, with special interests in the finance-economics operations interface, maximizing operational and financial goals using the methodologies for game theory, and large-scale optimization.,Prof. Wu was a recipient of the ten big impact articles in the Journal of the Operational Research Society, the Elsevier Most Cited Researcher in 2019, the Top 25 Hottest Article in Elsevier Journals, and the Best Paper Award Most Cited Articles in Human and Ecological Risk Assessment. He serves as the Book Series Editor on Computational Risk Management (Springer). Jianhong Cao is currently an associate professor at the School of Finance, Shandong University of Finance and Economics. She previously served as a postdoctoral researcher and special research assistant at the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, with research interests spanning artificial intelligence, complex network optimization, environmental economics, and green finance. She has published over 10 papers in journals including Energy Economics. Additionally, she has led and participated in the Ministry of Science and Technology's 2030 Science and Technology Innovation Program, specifically the "Next-Generation Artificial Intelligence" major project titled "Risk Perception and Intelligent Decision-Making in Complex Social Information Networks".
Li Haoran is currently an associate professor at Shandong University of Finance and Economics. He once served as a postdoctoral researcher at Shandong University, with research interests including control theory, artificial intelligence, energy systems, information systems, and smart cities. He has published multiple papers in international journals and obtained authorized invention patents for his related methods. He has undertaken multiple national projects and developed software and platforms that have been applied in demonstration projects, achieving significant economic and social benefits.
Ljupcho Kocarev is a distinguished scientist, academic, and 2006 IEEE Fellow, noted for interdisciplinary work in physics, electrical engineering, and computer science. He currently serves as Vice President of the Macedonian Academy of Sciences and Arts, with dual roles: Full Professor at SS. Cyril and Methodius University’s Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering (Skopje), and Research Professor at UCSD’s Biocircuits Institute. His research focuses on nonlinear physics, complex systems, chaos synchronization, machine learning, and computational biology. With over 140 journal papers, 150 conference proceedings, 6 edited books, and 6 patents, his work has ~12,000 Google Scholar citations (h-index 37). A European Academy of Sciences and Arts member and WAAS Fellow, he edited IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems and holds North Macedonia’s "October 11th" Lifetime Achievement Award.
