This book examines the transformation of BRICS+ within a rapidly changing global order. Ferhat Cagri Aras, PhD, is Associate Professor of International Relations at Karadeniz Technical University, Türkiye. His research focuses on South Asian politics, foreign policy, security studies, development cooperation and emerging powers.

Hussein Solomon is Senior Professor in the Centre for Gender and Africa Studies at the University of the Free State, South Africa. He was previously Head of the Department of Political Studies and Governance.
