Dr. Arti Gupta is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Zoology, Shri Avadh Raj Singh Smarak Degree College, Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University, Ayodhya, India. She has been serving in this role since 2014, actively engaging in teaching, research, and editorial work.
Dr. Gupta earned her Ph.D. in Animal Science from Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University, Bareilly, India, in 2010. She specializes in animal biotechnology, molecular plant and animal biotechnology, bioprocess technology, and microbiology. With over 12 years of teaching and research experience, she has also worked as an external examiner for central evaluation at MJP Rohilkhand University.
Her research contributions include numerous publications in national and international journals, along with authorship and editorial roles in several books and book chapters. She has presented her work at multiple national and international conferences, symposia, and workshops.
Dr. Gupta has received several prestigious awards, including a Gold Medal for being a university topper in her M.Sc., the Young Scientist Award from the Zoological Society of India, and multiple best poster presenter awards. She is a Fellow of the International Consortium of Contemporary Biologists and holds lifetime memberships in various scientific associations. Additionally, she has served on editorial boards and held academic research positions at reputed institutions in India and abroad.
Dr. Nagendra Pratap Singh is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Zoology, K.S. Saket P.G. College, Ayodhya, affiliated with Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University, India.
Dr. Singh completed his Ph.D. in fish biology from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University, with research focused on taxonomy, ecology, and biological traits of freshwater catfish in Eastern Uttar Pradesh. He obtained his postgraduate and undergraduate degrees in Zoology and Botany from K.S. Saket P.G. College.
His expertise lies in fish biology, aquatic ecology, and fungal diseases in fish and other animals. He has contributed significantly to the field through numerous research publications in reputed national and international journals.
Dr. Singh is an active member of several scientific organizations and has served on advisory committees for national conferences on climate change and environmental challenges. His contributions to research and academia make him a valuable expert in his field.
