He had provided expert services to several government agencies and committees, such as Parliamentary Committee in Transport (1996), APEC Transportation Ministerial Forum (1997), Land Transport Authority (2007, 2012), Pacific Economic Cooperation Council (PECC) Transportation Task Force (2007-2000), NTU Youth Olympics Village Committee – Transport Group (2010), Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (2012), Public Transport Council (2004, 2018). In the meantime, he has served as a consultant or an advisor to several well-known companies and startups. He has been active in supporting several professional organizations including Air Transport Research Society (ATRS), Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences (INFORMS), and Production and Operations Management Society (POMS).\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003eBetween 2017 and 2020, he was the Director of the NTU-Business China Joint Advanced Leadership Program, with the mission of assisting Singapore companies to explore business opportunities under China’s Belt-and-Road Initiative.
