Shuangjie Wang is a professorial senior engineer at CCCC First Highway Consultants Co., Ltd. His research interests include highway engineering, permafrost engineering, and traffic safety. He is recognized as a national master of engineering survey and design and has received the special government allowance from the State Council. He has been responsible for the completion of 13 national and provincial key scientific research projects and has presided over more than 30 major national and provincial highway construction project plans, designs, and consultations. He has received one first prize in the National Science and Technology Progress Award and 14 science and technology awards at provincial and ministerial levels or above. Additionally, he has received five National Excellent Design (Consulting) Awards, edited and organized the revision of 18 industry standards and norms, published five monographs (including translated works), and authored more than 50 papers. He has also obtained one international patent and four national patents.
