Using the lenses of territorial imbrication and public choice compatibility, the book explains how system connections and implementation constraints can be built into research design. Christophe Providence is Professor at the Institut Universitaire des Sciences, Haiti, and a member of its Centre de Recherche Scientifique. His work examines territorial governance, public action, evaluation, and development under constraint, with a particular focus on resilience, public choices, and small-island societies in the Francophone Caribbean.
