This book includes original, peer-reviewed research papers from the 2025 9th Chinese Conference on Swarm Intelligence and Cooperative Control (CCSICC2025), held in Shanghai, China from Oct. 31 to Nov. 3, 2025. The contributions cover a broad spectrum of research topics, including but not limited to: reviews and discussions of swarm intelligence, basic theories on swarm intelligence, swarm communication and networking, swarm perception, awareness and location, swarm decision and planning, cooperative control, cooperative guidance, swarm simulation and assessment.

Xiaoduo Li is with the Institute of Artificial Intelligence and Sino-French Engineer School, Beihang University, Beijing 100191, China. Xiaoduo Li is currently an Assistant Professor with the Institute of Artificial Intelligence and Sino-French Engineer School, Beihang University, Beijing, China. His research interests include decision making, trajectory planning and cooperative control for multi-agent systems.
Yichen Li received the B.S. degree in electronics and information from Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi’an, China, in 2016, and the Ph.D degree in control science and engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China, in 2022.He is currently working as an Assistant Researcher in control science and engineering with Shanghai Jiao Tong University. His current research interests include underwater mobile-robot localization, target tracking and trajectory planning, wireless networks, and information fusion.
Zhi Feng is with the School of Automation Science and Electrical Engineering, Beihang University, Beijing 100191, China. Zhi Feng received the Ph.D. degree in Control Science and Engineering from Nanyang echnological University, Singapore, in 2017. He is currently an associate professor with the School of Automation Science and Electrical Engineering, Beihang University, Beijing. His research interests include distributed control, optimization and game theory with applications to multi-robot systems and energy systems.He was a recipient of the Best Paper in Automation Award in the 14th IEEE International Conference on Information and Automation, 2017, and the finalist of the Best Paper Award in the 7th IEEE International Conference on Real-time Computing and Robotics, 2018 and in the 18th IEEE International Conference on Control and Automation, 2024.
