Prof. Darpan Bhargava is a professor and clinical consultant for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at People’s University, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. He is the founder and director of TMJ Consultancy Services, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. He has over 100 national and international scientific publications to his credit. He holds the first-ever Indian patent for a temporomandibular joint prosthesis. He was awarded Ph.D. from Meenakshi University, Chennai, for his acclaimed research on “Predictability and Feasibility of Total Alloplastic Temporomandibular Joint Reconstruction for Patients in the Indian subcontinent .”He is the author of the authoritative book “Temporomandibular Joint Disorders: Principles and Current Practice,” published by Springer Nature, Singapore.
