This book presents peer reviewed articles from the 6th International Conference on Intelligent Systems and Networks (ICISN 2026), held at Hanoi in Vietnam. It covers peer reviewed high quality research manuscript, highlighting the work based on Intelligent Systems and Networks. This book shares ongoing outcomes, results and cutting edge works. Topics include  Foundations of Computer Science; Computational Intelligence Language and speech processing; Software Engineering Software development methods; Wireless Communications Signal Processing for Communications; Electronics track IoT and Sensor Systems Embedded Systems; etc. It brings together professionals and researchers in the area and presents a platform for exchange of ideas and to foster future collaboration.

Dr. Nguyen Thi Dieu Linh is the deputy head of Science and Technology Department, Hanoi University of Industry, Vietnam (HaUI).  She is heading the department since 2015. She has more than 18 years of academic experience in electronics, IoT, smart garden, and telecommunication. She has authored or co-authored more than 15 research articles that are published in journals, books, and conference proceedings. She received her Ph.D. in Information and Communications Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China, in 2013.
Professor Reza Hoseinnezhad is in the faculty at RMIT University's School of Engineering in Melbourne, Australia. He completed his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering at the University of Tehran. Since then, he has had a notable academic career with positions at the University of Tehran, Swinburne University of Technology, The University of Melbourne, and currently, RMIT University. His main research areas include statistical information fusion, the theory of random finite sets, and multi-object tracking. He is also actively engaged in studying deep learning and robust multi-structure data fitting in the field of computer vision. His contributions significantly impact the fields of engineering and technology.
Dr. Dinh Van Thanh is the rector of East Asia University of Technology (EAUT). He obtained his Ph.D. in Electrical, Electronics, and Automation Engineering from the University of Southampton, United Kingdom. He has significantly advanced the institution's education quality, scientific research, and community service across EAUT, despite initial challenges since its founding in 2008. In 2024, he was honored by the Ministry of Education and Training as an “Outstanding Educator in Higher Education” for his exceptional contributions. In addition to his academic role, he serves as the General Director of POLYCO Group, where he exemplifies strong leadership and innovation. His dynamic approach has effectively bridged education and industry, enhancing the quality of training at EAUT and enabling students to gain early exposure to real working environments while still at university.
Professor Duc-Tan Tran is currently working as a professor and vice dean of the Faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (FEEE), Phenikaa University. He serves as a technical committee program member, track chair, and session chair of many international conferences. He is serving as reviewers of IEEE Transactions on Ultrasonics, Ferroelectrics, and Frequency, IET Science Measurement & Technology, Elsevier Signal Processing, Personal and Ubiquitous Computing, Journal of Aerospace Engineering, Imaging Science Journal, ACM Transactions on Sensor Networks, Multimedia Tools and Applications, Wireless Personal Communications, etc. His main research interests include representing, processing, analyzing, and communicating information embedded in signals and datasets.
