Leading Organisational Change and Innovation for Global Success

Vissanu Zumitzavan

Business & Economics / Strategic Planning

This textbook proposes insights into top managements’ roles in driving continuous change through intellectual exchange, creativity, and strategic innovation. Case studies and real-world examples enrich each chapter, translating theory into practical knowledge.

Amidst the ceaseless tides of change that characterise the modern age, organisational success is contingent not merely upon the capability to recalibrate, but on the competence to lead transformation with strategic vision and intellectual versatility. Today’s top managements and executives must steer the complexities of change management, nurture a culture of knowledge exchange, and inspire original thinking, thereby establishing the groundwork for innovation that is not only visionary but also actionable and sustained. When effectively harnessed, such innovation becomes a decisive force, empowering organisations to accomplish meaningful impact and long-lasting competitiveness on a global scale.

The textbook provides a comprehensive, integrated understanding of how to lead and organise successfully in a rapidly changing, globalised world—combining innovation, strategic thinking, risk navigation, and human-centred leadership into a practical framework for real-world implementation.
