Interfacial heat transfer enhancement mechanism of carbon nanotubes

Hanying Zou

Science / Chemistry / General

This monograph systematically explores the interfacial heat transfer enhancement mechanism of carbon nanotube (CNT) assembly structures, addressing the critical bottleneck of low thermal conductivity caused by weak inter-tube coupling. The book investigates the effects of various microstructures (halogen molecules, polypyrrole chains, metal structures, linear carbon chains, etc.) on CNT interfacial heat transfer, revealing the core mechanisms of low-frequency resonance induction and additional heat transfer channel construction.

Dr. Hanying Zou is the lecturer and serves as the master supervisor of the School of Energy and Environmental Engineering, University of Science and Technology Beijing. She is engaged in research thermal design of carbon materials and micro/nano scale thermal simulation. She has led multiple projects, including a National Natural Science Foundation of China, and has published over 20 papers in top journals. She serves as a guest editor of CMC: Computers, Materials & Continua and youth editorial board member of Angang Technology.
