Nie Lei,  Professor, Lanzhou Jiaotong University. Nie Lei is currently the Executive Vice President of Lanzhou Jiaotong University. She is a member of the 4th and 5th Expert Committees of the Ministry of Transport, a director of the International Association for Railway Operation Research (IAROR) .

Meng Xuelei, Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, and "Feitian Young Scholar" of Gansu Province. He graduated from Beijing Jiaotong University in July 2011 and obtained a PhD degree in Transportation Planning and Management. His main research interests include railway transportation organization optimization, rail transit operation management and decision optimization, and train operation organization under emergency conditions. 

Li Shuaibing, Professor, Lanzhou Jiaotong University. Member of IEEE/CAA/CSEE, Committee Member of Cigre B3.70, Cigre CNC NGN, Youth Editorial Board Member of CJEE and Integrated Smart Energy. His main research field in involed in the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of high-voltage power equipment, optimal operation control of new energy power systems, power prediction of wind/solar generation systems. 

Sun Jixing, Ph.D., Professor, Doctoral Supervisor. He is now working in School of Electrical Engineering, Beijing Jiaotong University, He is an executive director of the Gas Discharge Technology Subcommittee of IEEE PES China High Voltage Technical Committee, a member of the High Voltage Subcommittee of Beijing Electrical Engineering Society, an expert of China Railway High-speed Rail Group National Enterprise Technology Center.
