Mohamed Ezzat Al-Atroush is an associate professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Prince Sultan University (PSU), Riyadh, KSA. Specializing in geotechnical engineering, his work focuses on resilient infrastructure applications and sustainable development. He obtained his MSc in 2013 and Ph.D. in 2018, both from Ain Shams University, with research that gained international recognition. Since joining PSU in 2019, he has been instrumental in founding the Structures and Materials (S&M) Research Lab and recently established the GeoTech 2.0 Research Lab, an advanced AI-driven geotechnical research facility funded by a major research grant of 3.4 million SAR.
Dr. Zahiraniza Bt Mustaffa is an associate professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP) in Malaysia. She has a Ph.D. in Pipeline Engineering from Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands, a master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Alberta in Canada, and a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. Her research interests include pipeline engineering, reliability and integrity, probabilistic design, and risk assessment.
Dr. Moustafa Nasralla (Senior Member, IEEE) is a distinguished academic and researcher in communications and networks engineering. He earned his B.Sc. (Hons) in Electrical Engineering from Hashemite University, Jordan, in 2010, a M.Sc. in Networking and Data Communications from Kingston University, London, U.K., in 2011, and a Ph.D. from the Faculty of Science, Engineering, and Computing (SEC), Kingston University London, in 2015. Dr. Nasralla is currently an associate professor and Chairman of the Department of Communications and Networks Engineering at Prince Sultan University (PSU), Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He also serves as the head of the Smart Systems Engineering Laboratory (SSEL), where he leads innovative research in IoT, AI, and smart cities. He is an alumni member of the Wireless Multimedia and Networking (WMN) Research Group at Kingston University, further enriching his international research credentials.
Abdulhakim Almajid serves as the dean of the College of Engineering at Prince Sultan University (PSU) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Under his leadership, the college emphasizes excellence in teaching, research, and innovation, closely collaborating with the Research and Initiative Center to bridge the gap between academia and industry. An accomplished researcher, Prof. Almajid has contributed significantly to the field of materials science and engineering. His recent publications include studies on the mechanical properties of 3D-printed carbon-fiber composites and the development of polypropylene/polyethylene terephthalate microfibrillar composites to support waste management. In recognition of his scholarly impact, Prof. Almajid was featured in Stanford University's list of the world's top 2% scientists, highlighting his careerlong achievements. Prof. Almajid's leadership and research endeavors continue to advance PSU's mission of fostering innovation and excellence in engineering education.
