Nguyen Van-Hop is an Associate Professor and Dean of the School of Industrial Engineering and Management at the International University, Vietnam National University – Ho Chi Minh City. He received his Doctor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Thailand. With over two decades of experience spanning academia and industry, Dr. Van-Hop has held various leadership roles in manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain organizations before transitioning fully into academia. Dr. Van-Hop has been honored with several prestigious awards, including the Outstanding Researcher Award for the 2021-2022 academic year from Vietnam National University – Ho Chi Minh City, the Outstanding Professor Award from the Industrial Engineering and Operations Management Society International in March 2021, and multiple Best Presentation/Paper Awards at international Conferences. Dr. Van-Hop’s research focuses on advanced optimization and AI-driven solutions for complex industrial systems, logistics and supply chains, e-commerce, and healthcare, while also teaching and supervising students across undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels. He has published extensively in leading international journals and actively contributes to the academic community through research collaborations, peer review for renowned journals, and professional organizations. Additionally, Dr. Van-Hop's extensive industrial experience in senior roles provides valuable practical insights into manufacturing, logistics and supply chain systems in Vietnam.
An Duong Thi Binh is a member of CIRTech Institute, HUTECH University, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. She conducted doctoral research at the Graduate School of Culture and Information Science, Doshisha University, Kyoto, Japan under a Research Fellowship for Young Scientists of Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS). She is also serving as Supply chain manager at Nipro Sales Vietnam Co. Ltd. - a Japanese leading medical device manufacturer. Her research interests include supply chain risk management, quality and supply chain management, statistics, and data science.
Rajkishore Nayak is an Associate Professor with the School of Communication & Design (SCD) at RMIT Vietnam. His current research areas focus on sustainability in fashion and textiles; circular fashion; waste management; CSR; new and advanced materials. Prior to joining at RMIT Vietnam Dr. Nayak has worked in contemporary fashion (design and management), human ecology, product development, sustainable dyeing technologies and functional materials in India and Australia. He is working in collaboration with some universities in Africa, Europe, and Asia. He has more than 160 research publications in his area of research.
