Trung Tran is a professor of Mathematics Education in VNU University of Education, Vietnam National University (VNU), Vietnam. Professor Tran Trung has published many articles in international journals and monographs with international publishers. His main research areas are in ethnic education, educational management, public policy, and teaching methods. He also participates in interdisciplinary research between the areas of education and mathematics, computer science, economics and technology, and the development of scientific research skills.

Professor Loc Thi My Nguyen is the founding rector of VNU University of Education, Vietnam National University (VNU), Vietnam. She was the chairperson of the Vietnam State Council for Professorship of Education from 2018 to 2023, and is currently the Deputy Chairperson of this organisation. She is also President of the Academic and Research Council at VNU University of Education. Her main research interests are in educational management, higher education, university administration, school psychology, educational psychology, and teacher training.

Associate Professor Cuong Huu Nguyen is President of University of Phuong Dong, Hanoi, Vietnam. His research interests include higher education, educational policy, leadership and management in education, assessment and evaluation, quality assurance and accreditation, and human resource development in education. He has published dozens of academic papers discussing issues in education and quality assessment. He is also the chairman of the Scientific Council for Psychology and Education (2024–2026) of the National Foundation for Science and Technology Development.
