Xiaoming Chen is a professor with the College of Information Science and Electronic Engineering, Zhejiang University, China. His research interests are in the areas of wireless communication and signal processing, mainly including fifth-generation (5G) key techniques, IoT theory and technique, and machine learning in communications. Prof. Chen has published more than 100 referred papers in IEEE Journals and conferences. He served as an Editor of IEEE Transactions on Communications and IEEE Communications Letters.
Ming Ying received the B.S. degree in information engineering from Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China, in 2022, where he is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the college of Information Science and Electronic Engineering. His research interests include LEO satellite communications, Internet of Things, and massive access.
