Proceedings of the 4th International Conference on Information Processing and Network Provisioning (ICIPNP 2025)

Peng Yu | Michel Kadoch

Technology & Engineering / Telecommunications

This book constitutes the refereed post-conference proceedings of the Fourth International Conference on Information Processing and Network Provisioning, ICIPNP 2025 Spring/Fall, held in Qingdao, China, during June 14–16, 2025 and November 7–9, 2025. The revised full papers presented in these proceedings were carefully reviewed and selected. The listed works broadly focus on next generation intelligent communication networks (5G A/6G, UAV/HAPS/NTN systems, space–air–ground integration, spectrum management), AI driven automation and optimization (multi agent systems, intelligent scheduling, anomaly detection, intrusion detection, semantic AI, speech enhancement), and digital transformation in energy and industrial sectors (digital twins, cost intelligence, carbon emission data systems, data lineage, governance frameworks). Additional topics include advanced sensing and edge computing, antenna and RF system design, IoT communication modules, and organizational digital maturity assessment.

Michel Kadoch (Life Senior Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree from Concordia University, Montreal, QC, Canada, in 1992.He is currently a full professor with the École de Technologie Supérieure (ETS), University of Quebec, Montreal. He is the director of the Research Laboratory LAGRIT, ETS. As the Principal Investigator, he has managed and participated actively in a research program on QoS for multicast in high-speed networks sponsored by Bell, Quebec, QC, Canada, and NSERC, Ottawa, ON, Canada. He is currently working on machine learning-based reliable multicast in wireless ad hoc networks and 5G/6G heterogeneous networks.

Peng Yu is the deputy dean of School of Future and an associate Professor and doctoral supervisor at the Network Management Research Center, National Key Laboratory of Network and Switching Technology, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. He is a senior member of IEEE/EAI and a senior member of China Society of Communications. His current research directions include B5G/6G network intelligent management and control, multimedia communication management and control, green communication, smart grid communication network operation and maintenance, etc. In recent years, he has presided over and participated in more than 10 national/provincial projects such as national natural science foundation projects, national key research and development programs, national major science and technology projects, and Beijing Nature Foundation, and presided over more than 10 horizontal projects entrusted by State Grid Corporation, ZTE, Huawei, China Mobile, etc.
