Liwei Zhang, chief physician, professor, doctoral supervisor of Capital Medical University, expert enjoying special government allowances of the State Council, and expert with outstanding contributions of the National Health Commission. Currently, he is the member of Academia Europaea and the Honorary Fellow of College of Surgeons of Hong Kong.
