His research focuses on the psychological, neural, and cultural conditions of shaping the future and education in the context of digitalization, demographic change, and transformation.

Prof. Dr. Caroline Heil is Professor of Social Work at IU International University. Her research focuses on child and youth services as well as the development of social and healthcare professions.

Dr. phil. Leon Tsvasman is a communication and media scholar, author, and higher education consultant. His work connects media philosophy, artificial intelligence, systems and cybernetic thinking, and future-oriented educational development, with a particular focus on orientation, self-regulation, and subject-centered learning in complex digital environments.
