This book constitutes revised papers of the proceedings of the 7th International Workshop on System Analysis and Modeling, SAM 2012, held in Innsbruck, Austria, in October 2012. The 12 papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 27 submissions. In addition, the book contains two keynote speeches in full-paper length.
