Authors from             15\ncountries submitted 66 papers, from which 28 were selected\nand       presented at the conference. They appear in this volume\ntogether with 8     invited papers by distinguished researchers.\nBased on the quality of the    papers presented and the\nresponse of the participants, the ACPC has decided to\norganize a conference every other year.
