The methods described will include equilibrium and nonequilibrium\nmolecular dynamics simulations, hydrodynamic and kinetic approaches and the\nsolution of stochastic models.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe second part\n(Chapters 7-10) deals with applications to nano and microscale heat transfer,\nas for instance phononic transport in carbon-based nanomaterials, including the\nprominent case of nanotubes and graphene.
