He has been awarded the Best Teacher Awards in 2008, 2011, 2014, and 2018. His research interests lie in analyzing EU-multilateral interactions in advancing sustainable governance.
Babu George is Full Professor of Management at Alcorn State University, USA. An award-winning scholar with 400+ publications and several books, he has advanced internationalization and intergovernmental engagement through influential research and consulting. His work spans sustainability, digital transformation, and AI, reflecting a strongly interdisciplinary approach to education, business, and global development.
Filip Lestan is a PhD Research Fellow in Strategy and Innovation at Nord University Business School, Norway. His research examines firm heterogeneity, innovation drivers, and the relationship between innovation and organizational performance with methodological expertise in panel data and meta-analysis. Filip received an Innovation Fellowship from the Government Office of the Slovak Republic and has earned multiple reviewer awards from the Strategic Management Society. Filip has held visiting appointments at London Business School in England, the University of Pretoria in South Africa, and the University of Campinas in Brazil.
