Anna Esposito is Full Professor of Cybernetics, Artificial Intelligence, and Multimodal Communication at the Università della Campania “L. Vanvitelli”. She received her Laurea degree summa cum laude from the University of Salerno and earned her Ph.D. from the University of Naples “Federico II,” with research conducted at the MIT Research Laboratory of Electronics in Boston. She has served as Assistant Professor at the University of Salerno and Research Professor at Wright State University, USA. Professor Esposito leads the Behaving Cognitive Systems Laboratory and has authored over 320 peer‑reviewed publications and edited more than 35 international volumes. Her research spans multimodal communication, cognitive systems, and human–machine interaction.

Antonietta Maria Esposito is Senior Researcher at the Istituto Nazionale di Geofisica e Vulcanologia, Osservatorio Vesuviano, Naples. She holds a Laurea degree from the University of Salerno and a master’s degree summa cum laude in Advanced Technologies for Information Processing and Communication. Her experience includes research contracts with ALCATEL in speech processing and collaborative work on seismic signal analysis. Since 2005, she has specialized in monitoring and analyzing volcanic activity across Campanian volcanoes and Stromboli. She is author of over 80 scientific publications and co‑editor of multiple international books.

Antonio Perna holds a  degree with honors in Foreign Languages from the Istituto Universitario Orientale in Naples, with a thesis analyzing the the digital divide. He further specialized  through a Master’s in Local Development and a Master’s in Security Management, complemented by industry-recognized certifications including Google, IBM, CompTIA, Cisco, and Microsoft. Throughout his career, Antonio has built extensive cross-sector experience spanning executive leadership and program management across private enterprises, public institutions, and NGOs.  His ongoing focus centers on AI project management, data governance, and the ethical implications of AI systems.

Lakhmi C. Jain is Full Professor affiliated with the University of Piraeus and the University of Arad. His previous academic posts span the University of Technology Sydney, University of Canberra, Brighton University, and Liverpool Hope University. He is the founder of KES International, a global research community connecting over 5,000 scholars worldwide and supporting major international conferences and collaborative research initiatives. Professor Jain’s research interests include artificial intelligence paradigms and their applications in complex systems, security, e-education, e-healthcare, UAVs, and intelligent agents.
