As a newly graduated NNP, Paola remains deeply committed to family-centered care, evidence-based practice, and mentorship, ensuring that future NNPs are equipped with the knowledge and confidence to provide the highest quality neonatal care.

Meredith’s Bio:

Meredith Farmer is an Assistant Clinical Professor and Director of the Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Specialty at Emory University. She is a practicing Neonatal Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in high-acuity neonatal care, where she integrates clinical expertise with a passion for education.

Tracey’s Bio:

Tracey Bell is advanced practice nursing leader and Neonatal Nurse Practitioner whose career reflects a deep commitment to advancing neonatal care through education, scholarship, and service. She has over 20 years of experience in both clinical and academic roles. Her current role is Associate Professor and director of a neonatal NP program.
