Basem Shomar is Lead Research Scientist at the Interdisciplinary Research Center for Membranes and Water Security, KFUPM. His research spans hydrogeochemistry, desalination, wastewater reuse, and environmental health. Salah Al-Majeed is Dean of the College of Engineering at the American University of Iraq and Founding President of the Global Institute for Excellence in Education. His research spans intelligent health ecosystems, secure connectivity, and transformative learning technologies, applying AI, IoT, and advanced communications. Abdelbary Elhissi is Professor of Pharmaceutics and Head of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Qatar University. His research focuses on nanomedicine and pulmonary drug delivery, particularly liposomal and proliposomal systems. He has authored over 100 peer-reviewed papers and 35 book chapters, achieved an h-index of 40, and been recognised among the world's top 2% of scientists. His UK experience spans academia and industry, including Lipoxen Technologies.
