Her scholarship appeared in prestigious journals such as \u003cem\u003eJournal of Multilingual and Multicultural Development, World Englishes, and ELT Journal.\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003eAli Fuad Selvi is an Associate Professor of TESOL and Applied Linguistics in the MATESOL Program in the English Department at the University of Alabama (United States). Previously, he worked in the Teaching English as a Foreign Language Program at METU Northern Cyprus Campus (Northern Cyprus). His research interests include Global Englishes; sociopolitical aspects of English-medium instruction; issues related to (in)equity, professionalism, marginalization, and discrimination in TESOL; the platformized ELT ecosystem; and critical applied linguistics and language teacher education.
