Nelson Okorie is Associate Professor and Director of the Centre for Media and Communication Research (CMCR) at Pan Atlantic University, Nigeria. Okorie has more than 16 years of teaching experience at the higher institution level. Google Scholar has ranked Dr. Okorie among the most cited researchers in development communication across the globe. In addition, Scopus Scival has ranked Dr. Okorie among the top researchers in the field of media and communication studies in Nigeria. He has published more than 75 publications indexed in Scopus and Web of Science.
Oluyinka Osunkunle is Associate Professor in the Department of Communication, Faculty of Social Science and Humanities, University of Fort Hare, Alice, South Africa. His research interests include community media and development, new media efficacies, stakeholders’ relations and intercultural and organisational communication. He is a member of the South African Communication Association (SACOMM), International Association of Media and Communication Researchers (IAMCR) and International Association for Communication and Sports (IACS).
Juliet Macharia is Associate Professor of Communication Studies, Karatina University, Kenya. She is currently the Academic Leader of Communication and Public Relations programmes and is the former Dean, School of Business at Karatina University. She has 32 years of university teaching experience.
