He earned his PhD in Estimation in Causal Graphical Models from the University of Warwick and a PgCert in Higher Education from Coventry University. Before his current position at Emirates Aviation University, he served as an Associate Professor and Curriculum Lead in Data Science and AI at Coventry University. He was also affiliated with the Coventry Research Centre for Computational Science and Mathematical Modelling. Previously, Prof. Daneshkhah was a member of the Warwick Centre for Predictive Modelling, where he focused on developing deep learning methods for probabilistic simulations of complex real-world systems. He previously directed the MSc Utility Asset Management program at the Water Institute of Cranfield University. His research centers on Bayesian elicitation of expert opinions, high-dimensional data modeling using various graphical models, and simulation of complex engineering and environmental systems using Gaussian process emulators and physics-informed machine learning models. These methods have been applied to a range of real-world challenges, including urban and coastal flood modeling, health, economics, and decision-making under uncertainty. He has participated in numerous research projects funded by EPSRC, NHS, NERC, DEFRA, and industry partners, focusing on developing AI and Bayesian machine learning methods for diverse applications, including climate change, digital health, and the asset management of networked infrastructure, using both limited and big data. \u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eDr. Deepudev Sahadevan\u003c\/strong\u003e is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Mathematics and Data Science at Emirates Aviation University. Before his appointment, Dr. Sahadevan worked for the Airports Authority of India for 12 years, holding various roles. He served as a Manager (ATM specialist) at a research and development center, a Licensed Air Traffic Controller at several international airports, an Instructor in Air Traffic Management, and an Airport Safety Officer, making significant contributions to aviation research and development as a data scientist. He was also an advisory member of the ICAO Air Traffic Management Requirements and Performance Panel (ATMRPP).
