Utilization of Agri-Food Wastes and Byproducts: Recent Advances, Novel Approaches, Sustainable Solutions and Development present the latest advances in the sustainable valorisation of agricultural and food processing wastes, addressing one of the most pressing global challenges in food systems. The book explores innovative technologies for converting agri-food byproducts into high-value products, including functional food ingredients, bioactive compounds, biodegradable packaging materials, bioenergy, biochar, activated carbon, and environmentally friendly adsorbents for water treatment. It highlights emerging approaches that support resource efficiency, waste minimization, circular bioeconomy, and climate resilience. Bringing together contributions from internationally recognized experts, this volume offers comprehensive coverage of recent scientific developments, industrial applications, and future research directions. It serves as an invaluable resource for researchers, academics, industry professionals, policymakers, and postgraduate students working in food science, agricultural engineering, environmental science, biotechnology, and sustainable development.
