He holds visiting professorships in Japan and Malaysia and has led numerous international collaborations. His expertise spans AI in healthcare, sensor-based behaviour analysis, and Generative AI. With over two decades of academic and research experience, Professor Ahad has been awarded multiple international grants, including from Innovate UK, NIHR, and TÜBİTAK, and has published prolifically in top-tier journals. He serves as a Series Editor for Taylor \u0026amp; Francis and has chaired global conferences in AI and behaviour computing. His work has significant impact across interdisciplinary domains including mental health, elderly care, and public policy.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: justify;\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eProfessor Amirali Baniasadi\u003c\/strong\u003e is a Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Victoria, Canada, where he also serves as Electrical Engineering Programming Director. He received his Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Northwestern University and has held visiting professorships at Stanford University and the University of California, San Diego. His research focuses on computer architecture, low-power systems, parallel computing, and emerging technologies such as quantum engineering and deep learning. Professor Baniasadi has published extensively in leading journals and conferences, receiving multiple best paper awards. He has served on numerous program committees, editorial boards, and technical committees, and has led significant funded projects supported by NSERC and other agencies. He is a Senior Member of IEEE and ACM.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: justify;\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eProf. Bal Virdee\u003c\/strong\u003e graduated with a B.Sc. (Engineering) Honors in Communication Engineering and M.Phil. from Leeds University, UK. He obtained his Ph.D. from the University of North London, UK. He worked as an academic at Open University and Leeds University. Prior to this, he was a research and development electronic engineer in the Future Products Dept. at Teledyne Defence (formerly Filtronic Components Ltd., Shipley, West Yorkshire) and at PYE TVT (Philips) in Cambridge. He has held numerous duties and responsibilities at the university, i.e., health and safety officer, postgraduate tutor, examination’s officer, admission’s tutor, short course organizer, course leader for M.Sc.\/M.Eng. Satellite Communications, B.Sc. Communications Systems, and B.Sc. Electronics. In 2010, he was appointed an academic leader (UG Recruitment).
