He secured Master of Technology in Computer Aided Design of Structures at Malnad College of Engineering, Hassan, Karnataka, India. He is a Gold Medalist in M.Tech, Stood first in the state among all the M.Tech branches under Visvesvaraya Technological Univeristy, Belagavi, Karnataka. He secured Ph.D. in the field of Structural Engineering at Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi, Karnataka, India. He is in teaching profession for more than 14 years. He has guided more than 25 PG Thesis and many UG Thesis till today. He has published more than 35 technical papers in National and International Journals, Conference and Symposiums. His main area of interest includes Sustainability and Durability of Concrete, Structural Reliability, Probabilistic design and Reliability based design of RCC, PSC and Steel structures, Earthquake Engineering and Finite Element Analysis.
