From 2018 to 2019, he served as Regional Representative for the State of São Paulo of the Brazilian Society of Oncology Pharmacists (SOBRAFO). He holds a Master's Degree in Women's and Children's Health from the Federal University of Ceará (UFC), an MBA in Hospital Management from the University of São Paulo (USP), a specialization in Oncology Hospital Pharmacy from AC Camargo Cancer Center, and a Certificate in Economics and Business Management from the Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II, Naples, Italy. His professional expertise encompasses clinical oncology pharmacy, chemotherapy compounding, pediatric oncology and hematology, adult onco-hematology, oncology intensive care, parenteral nutrition compounding, strategic planning, healthcare quality, process improvement, and hospital management. Since 2021, he has dedicated himself exclusively to executive healthcare management as General Director of Hospital e Maternidade Jesus Maria José (HMJMJ), in Quixadá, Ceará, Brazil. Under his leadership, the institution has achieved significant progress in service expansion, infrastructure development, operational efficiency, process improvement, digital transformation initiatives, and the advancement of patient-centered and humanized healthcare delivery. As an Italian-Brazilian dual citizen, Kaléu combines his Italian cultural heritage with extensive experience in the Brazilian healthcare system.
