He serves as a reviewer for dozens of international journals of Springer and Elsevier and reviewed 100+ articles. (1983), and Ph.D. (1988) in Land Reclamation and Water Resources from Cairo University. Since 2003, he has served as a Full Professor, contributing extensively to research, education, and national development projects. Prof. Ramadan has held numerous leadership roles, including consultant for Egypt’s agricultural reclamation of 2.4 million acres, board member in national land reclamation and fertilizer committees, and expert for international organizations plenary assembly such as FAO, NATO, IOM, and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. He has also represented Egypt as Cultural and Educational Attaché at Egyptian Embassy in Kuwait state and served as visiting professor in MaccGill, Canada, the University of California at Riverside; USA, Italy, and Spain.
