This work provides a comprehensive exploration of how AI can be leveraged to create more inclusive, equitable, and transparent urban systems while critically examining its potential risks. It seeks to redefine how AI is integrated into public policy, emphasizing ethical considerations, algorithmic transparency, and the minimization of bias. The author covers key subspecialties such as AI ethics, public policy integration, human-centric design, algorithmic fairness, and the role of AI in urban planning and public service optimization.
