Business & Economics / Information Management

Volume III of this four-volume series focuses on Knowledge Management in a Changing World, presenting selected contributions from the GFIC–CiKi–ICKM 2025 conferences, held under the theme Shaping the Future of Data, Knowledge and Innovation with AI for Global Sustainable Change. It offers a timely and insightful perspective on the role of artificial intelligence in driving digital transformation across organisations, economies, and societies.

The remaining volumes address AI and Digital Transformation (Volume I), AI, Ethics and Governance (Volume II), and Innovation Ecosystems and Knowledge Strategies in the Digital Age (Volume IV). Together, they provide a comprehensive and multidisciplinary perspective on how artificial intelligence is reshaping contemporary societies.

This volume emphasises that, in a rapidly changing world, knowledge management must adopt a systemic and integrative approach that combines technological capabilities with human and organisational dimensions. By fostering environments that support collaboration, learning, and innovation, knowledge management emerges as a critical enabler of organisational resilience and societal progress.
