He has been a member of the PAD working group of the International Working Group for the Diabetic Foot since 2014 and co-Chair since 2019. The most recent guideline was undertaken with the Society for Vascular Surgery and the European Society for vascular Surgery. He was also a member of the steering committee for the Global Vascular Guidelines for Chronic Limb-threatening Ischaemia (CLTI).
