The book presents step-by-step guidance on the design, implementation, and evaluation of online nursing curricula, including aligning learning outcomes with assessments, integrating evidence-based content, and using educational technologies to improve accessibility and learning outcomes. It also emphasizes essential competencies for online nursing education, such as digital communication, virtual facilitation, online assessment, and fostering meaningful engagement in digital classrooms.
Real-world examples and case studies demonstrate innovative teaching practices and practical problem-solving approaches, bridging the gap between theory and practice. Strong attention is given to student engagement, collaboration, and community-building through interactive teaching methods and collaborative technologies.
