At Nebrija University, he currently serves as the Director of the Master's Degree in Data Protection, Security and AI Governance. Holding a PhD in Law, his academic and professional endeavors focus extensively on the intersection of digital transformation and legal frameworks. Dr. Garcia-Segura is a Certified Data Privacy Professional and holds an AI Governance Certification. He is admitted to practice law in both Spain and the Dominican Republic and serves as an academic member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
